Laddie John Dill
Laddie John Dill, born in 1943, is a US citizen and taxpayer. He recently sold a large work to the Museum of Modern Art in New York and was included in the Venice Biennale 2011. He is represented by galleries from Los Angeles to New York and frequently exhibits in Paris, Berlin and Napoli, Italy. He is a recipient of two National Endowment grants, one for painting and one for sculpture, and was also awarded the prestigious Guggenheim Fellowship Award for painting and sculpture. Mr. Dill has taught extensively at UCLA, regular faculty full time, and has done seminars at Art Center, Pasadena, CA, UC Irvine, and is currently lecturing at Otis Art Institute. Upcoming exhibits in 2012 include Nolan Judin Gallery, Berlin, Germany, Maison Rouge, Paris, France, plus numerous large installations in both the United States and Europe.
